Scandinavian simplicity combined with Italian craftsmanship and tradition

Lubiam F/W ´13 @ Pitti Uomo 83

Casual elegance combined with tailored appeal.

Thing that characterizes Lubiam F/W ´13 collection is that many of the fabrics used in it have been enriched with kind of a special dyeing treatment process and exclusive wash (especially the L.B.M 1911 pieces) that gives the garments an “old & lived appeal”.

Colors used are much natural, tones of blue, grey and brown but there are also strong colors such as orange, green and red bordeaux presented especially in the outerwear pieces.

And as many others, Lubiam also had this season a bunch of outerwear pieces made of Casentino wool. This type of wool is a Tuscan tradition where the wool fabric is treated in such a way that it gives it a unique curled look which definitely makes it to stand out of the crowd.
