Finnish clothing company Schoffa opened it’s first store in 2006. Since then they’re business has been growing all the time and at the moment Schoffa has two brick and mortar stores in Helsinki (Pohjoisesplanadi 33 @ Galleria Esplanad & Unioninkatu 27) and one in Tallinn they opened nearly a year ago (Foorum keskus Narva Mnt 5). In addition they have a webstore to serve clients from all over the world.
From the very beginning, the idea behind the concept has been to create fitted shirts for conscious customers, to be an expert of shirts as said by themselves.
As said, the main product Schoffa offers is shirts. First and foremost made-to-measure shirts but nowadays ready to wear-shirts as well. All the shirts (mtm and rtw) are made in Estonia of fabrics from all over the world.
The process of ordering a mtm-shirt begins with choosing the fabric from bunch of choices. After that you will be guided to choose all the details (shape of the collar, buttons, cuffs, darts, placket, initials etc) and finally your measurements are taken by skilled staff.
After the order it takes approximately 4 weeks for the shirt to be ready. One thing worth mentioning is that the mtm-shirts they’re offering are pretty reasonably priced, starting from around 85 euros depending on the fabric you choose to go with.
On RTW-shirts Schoffa releases new collection twice in a year and they do offer shirts to women as well.

In addition to shirts Schoffa offers MTM-suits (and blazers) by Wilworst, RTW-suits, sport coats and trousers from Cavaliere, sweaters and polo shirts by their own brand and whole range of accessories (ties, pocket squares, socks, underwear, cufflinks, scarves etc) by their own brand but also from Stockholm Kravatt.
For men looking new footwear Schoffa offers shoes from British Loake and also galoshes from Swims. If you don’t find the pair you are looking for from the shop, they can pretty sure order the shoes for you.
If you happen to live or visit in Helsinki (or Tallinn) I highly recommend you to visit Schoffa. And if you don’t, at least check their website!
Finally I must say that I’m happy to cooperate with these guys and I’m waiting our trip to Florence and Pitti Uomo again in January.
