Besides the short previews and sneak peak photos from Pitti last week I decided to share a bit more photos and details from some of the brands. First of them is going to be Tombolini.

The company founded in 1964 by Eugenio Tombolini and today run by his daughter Fiorella Tombolini wants by their own words to represent the taste and passion for what can be described beautiful.
The thing that really pleased myself and caught my eye was that Tombolini got the whole package from the classic business clothing to more relaxed and casual wear perfectly covered.
The most notable point of the collection for me was the use of blue. Use of blue with different fabrics such as jersey and wool but also the use of different patterns, especially the windowpane that repeated through the whole collection.
In addition to the blue, we are going to see a lot of colors in their casual selection. These sport coats with patch pockets, broken colors, double-breasting and the “washed” cotton are gonna be perfect to pair with jeans or some lightweight and light colored chinos.
And a special bonus, something for the little ones. What could a better birthday gift for my nephew than his first sport coat, unlined and unstructed…
Luckily if the rumors are true this stuff will be available in Finland next spring.
