How about a suit featuring shorts as trousers? Starting the week by taking a look of my new summer suit by The GIGI. A suit that might not be the most classic choice and that might not be to everyone's taste but that has quickly become one of my personal summer favorites. One thing I've learned during my trips is that always try travel as casual and comfy as possible. For me that nowadays means jeans and t-shirt, maybe a casual cotton blazer or a jacket and some simple sneakers. Referring to yesterdays post about "what shops to check for sales" I went through the selection of the shops mentioned and picked a collage that would make a preferable traveling outfit - or an outfit for any other casual occasion - featuring pieces on sale at the moment. Summer sale season is here again. One question I regularly get asked is "which web shops do you recommend?". As the sale season is here again I decided to renew my post from last June and list some shops I personally use to check out quite regularly. Some of them have already started their sales. Some haven't but they are definitely worth keeping an eye on during the upcoming weeks. The second day of our vacation we spent touring around the town of Bellagio.  For the day I wore my new cotton/linen slacks from Finealta, Isaia chambray-shirt and suede loafers by Christian Kimber. "Casual and relaxed yet chic" but most of all light enough to stay cool at the sun strolling around up and down the little streets.
