Next up - Pitti Uomo 88

It's time to to fly again. Pitti Uomo 88 will start on Tuesday and we are gonna be around. Follow DLA at Pitti Uomo As usual I will try to come up with quick updates showing the sneak peeks from the fair here - if not daily, at least couple of times during the week. Also keep an eye on @tyylit.fi where we will as well try and cover some daily happenings during the week. There will be live updates on instagram - @dresslikea and @tyylitfi and also at Facebook. Getting ready for Pitti Uomo 87

After almost six and a half months wait it’s time again to pack the bags, jump on the plane and hit Florence for Pitti Uomo, fair number 87. Once again I'm thrilled to see what the week will bring. In addition really looking forward to see the fully new section, “Born in the USA” which will bring over 20 born-and-made in the USA brands - that never before has been presented at Pitti - to the Fortezza da Basso. Included are names such as Shinola, Frank Clegg, The Hillside, Save Khaki, Schott and Red Wing. One more event worth...

Luca Giusto & Giusto Bespoke

In January, before traveling to Pitti Uomo I got an invite from Luca to come and visit his showroom while staying in Florence. Even though the days there are pretty busy and mostly dedicated to going around the fair I was more than happy to take the chance and opportunity and pay Giusto Bespoke a visit. The company run by Luca (who can be said has learned from the best as he worked years for Liverano before starting a business) has been going now for a bit more than three years. It is mainly concentrated on ties and shirts (both handmade) but offers as well an exclusive bespoke tailoring services for private clients. Most of the ties are seven-folds but they also...
