As mentioned a couple of times - after holidays and Pitti - on Monday it was time to get back in the office and regular day work.Started the week with combination between formal and casual - a bold patterned sport coat by Lardini combined with a new addition in my wardrobe - nice detailed grey flannel trousers from Finealta (more about these coming later) and chestnut colored oxfords by Alfred Sargent. As the sport coat itself is bold enough when it comes to office wear - in terms of color I tried to keep the combination restrained and go with no pattern in the shirt, tie or pocket square. After week and a half Christmas holidays it was time to get back at the office yesterday. As the weather has again gone cold as hell I opted for some flannel and layering. Shades of brown & Tombolini light colored flannel The suit is camel colored, unstructured and very light weight flannel suit by Italian Tombolini. Despite the light color it is a perfect choice for cold Finnish winter. I decided to pair it with dark brown cashmere cardigan from Uniqlo to stay warm in the cold. Light weight wool mughal print scarf by Drake’s London Sometimes a little bit of color or unusual pattern can bring an appropriate amount of edge to otherwise quite classic and simple winter ensemble. Here the orange mughal printed scarf by Drake’s is worn together with a checked flannel suit by G.Abo Napoli, made-to-order grenadine tie made by Arcuri Cravatte and shirt from Kamakura.
